My initial experience with Collaborative Success started 5 years ago. I reached out for help with co-parenting during a difficult and long divorce process. I knew I needed guidance, but was not sure how to articulate my specific needs. After hearing my story, the team was able to focus the sessions and tailor them to my case. I appreciated the personal aspect of this. Often times, there are generic guidelines that are discussed and literature that is reviewed without always taking into account specific families or situations. This felt different from the beginning - this was about me and my case. The compassionate manner in which my case was approached, the availability to answer questions and the overall guidance I received helped me navigate through a very difficult time in my life.
Although the legal divorce process is over, I have continued my relationship with Collaborative Success over the years. I still have questions about how to approach certain scenarios and often ask for input. It helps me continue my growth not only as a parent, a co-parent, but also as an individual.
